Having been established for over 20 years, we have a reputation for providing a professional and efficient service, whilst also ensuring that, at what may be a difficult and challenging time for you, you feel welcomed and made to feel at ease.
Stepping Stones has a team of experienced mediators, all of whom are accredited, and are members of Lead Mediation Bodies - The Family Mediators Association and the College of Mediators. All our mediators work to the highest professional standards which includes regular supervision and regular continuing professional development and training , to ensure the best possible service to you.
What we offer
As a leader in family mediation provision over the last 20 years, our team Trish, Caroline, Jenny and Vivienne provide a high standard of service with care, efficiency and professionalism in both private and legal aid mediation, under the Legal Aid Mediation Quality Mark - a benchmark for standards in mediation. We offer appointments very quickly because we understand that issues relating to children need to be resolved without delay and if we can help parent to do this, we are also helping to make life better for children.
